Describe the changes you have made to improve this project
Implemented the ChangeFocusWithEnterOnUsernameField setting to login dialog to manage focus behavior when the Enter key is pressed on the username field;
Added corresponding dependency property registration and getter/setter methods;
Updated key pressing logic for login dialog to support the new behavior.
Unit test
No unit tests added, manual testing performed.
